Every site built the same way these were: same code, same care, same patient ranking work. No templates, no shortcuts. Tell me about your business and you'll see a preview before any money changes hands.

02Approach

What you get here that you won't get anywhere else.

i.

AI search is half the game now

ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity now answer “who's the best plumber near me” more often than Google does. Sites built here are built — under the hood — to be the answer those models actually quote. (When the AI tells your customer “try Bob's Plumbing,” the goal is for you to be Bob.)

ii.

Real code. No templates.

Every site is hand-built in code — same kind of code the Washington Post uses, not the drag-and-drop blocks your competitor's nephew stacked together on Wix. Loads in under a second. (In normal-person terms: faster than your prospect's patience.)

iii.

One person. One number. Accountable.

No account manager. No offshore team. No junior designer who thinks “mobile-first” is a stretch. I build it, I rank it, I host it. When you call, I pick up. The first time.

iv.

Proof before payment.

Tell me about your business and you'll see your real site on a private preview link, free. No invoice, no commitment. You see exactly what you'd be buying before a single dollar changes hands.

03The deal

Pay if you love it.

Every job is different and so is the price. Tell me about your business, I'll build you a preview, and we'll talk numbers on the phone.

How this works
  1. 1.Tell me about your business — what you do, where, and what your current site (if any) looks like.
  2. 2.I build the working version of your real site on a private preview link. No invoice, no commitment.
  3. 3.If you love it, we get on a 15-minute call and figure out the right number for your situation. If you don't, walk away — no follow-up.
What it costs

Pricing depends on the size of the site, what it has to do, and the work it takes to rank it. A small one-page site is one number; a multi-page service business with bookings and content is another.

Every site is a one-time build fee plus a small monthly that keeps it hosted, monitored, and ranking. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — you own the site.

The preview is always free. The price conversation only happens once you've seen what I'd build for you.

You see your real site before any money changes hands. That's the whole pitch.

04About

I built mine the same way I'll build yours.

Hi. I'm Connor. I've built dozens of websites — going back to when I was a kid. The lawn-care business came later. A Cut Above Yard Services, here in Guelph.

My first version of the site was on Wix. Then Google Sites. Eventually real code. Most service-business owners will tell you the website is the part they hate — for me it's the opposite. The site has always been the part I love most. Which is exactly why I wanted it to be better.

I got obsessed with getting A Cut Above to the top of Google. And I figured out fast that the way to actually get there was to get off Wix and build the thing properly. (I'd already built a Wix site for another business by then, so I knew what the platform could and couldn't do.)

So I rebuilt mine in real code. It ranked higher. Loaded faster. Was 10x better than what was there before. Then I went to other businesses and said: hey, this is how it needs to be done now.

Since then the form submissions, the phone calls, and the reputation have just piled on. The biggest thing it's given me is control.

That's where FoundFirst came from. Every business owner I talk to says the same thing about their website: it's expensive, it's slow, the people building it don't understand the work, and the result still doesn't bring leads.

I built FoundFirst to fix that. Tell me about your business below and you'll see your real site on a private preview link — before any money changes hands.
